Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of utility infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee the construction of utility infrastructure projects, including water and sewer systems, stormwater management systems, and roads
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are being completed according to design plans and specifications
  • Prepare and review engineering designs, calculations, and drawings
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost‑effective project delivery
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for potential projects
  • Participate in the development of project proposals and bids
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
  • Keep up‑to‑date with industry developments and best practices
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective project coordination and delivery
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the utility infrastructure sector
