Job summary

NES Fircroft seeks a senior CSA engineer with 15+ years of experience in refining, petrochemical, chemical, or energy facilities. The role focuses on supporting major capital projects through FEL/FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, and startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or equivalent engineering discipline.
• Typically 15+ years of CSA engineering experience in refining, petrochemical, chemical, energy, or similar heavy industrial facilities.
• Significant experience supporting major capital projects through FEL/FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, and startup.
• Demonstrated experience with industrial foundations, structural steel, pipe racks, equipment structures, underground systems, and site development.
• Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards including ACI, AISC, ASCE, IBC, OSHA requirements, and other applicable industry standards.
• Experience reviewing engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, 3D models, and contractor deliverables.
• Experience supporting brownfield construction and resolving field engineering issues.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership to EPC contractors and multidisciplinary project teams
