Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to support the design and development of residential, commercial, and municipal site projects in Gaithersburg, MD. The ideal candidate will have experience with site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management, roadway design, and permitting.

Responsibilities include preparing plans and permit applications, reviewing site plans, coordinating with clients and inspectors, performing site visits, and using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• EIT certification preferred.
• 2+ years of civil/site development experience preferred.
• Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D preferred.
