The ideal candidate has 10+ years of civil engineering experience with municipal infrastructure, stormwater management, roadway design, drainage, and site improvements, and can base in Tampa, Jacksonville, or Maitland. You will lead municipal projects from planning through final design, mentor junior engineers, manage schedules and budgets, and

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Municipal infrastructure and stormwater experience.
• Experience with ICPR, HEC-RAS, HydroCAD, or SWMM preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D preferred.
• Strong project management, client relationship, and business development skills.
