Responsibilities include designing site systems, preparing documents, performing feasibility studies, and mentoring junior staff. Knowledge of local codes and permitting is essential for project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• EIT required; PE license preferred or obtainable within a reasonable timeframe.
• 3–8 years of experience in civil site/land development design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required; stormwater modeling experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of local codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
