LaBella is seeking a Civil Engineer for our Program Management Services Division in Rochester, NY. The candidate will support capital projects related to transmission lines and substations, lead site design tasks, and collaborate across project teams.

The role requires 2-5 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology, and PE is preferred. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $120,000 with comprehensive benefits.

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for consideration to fill an open Civil Engineering position in our Program Management Services Division. This position will be located at our Client’s Rochester, NY offices.

The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.

The Civil Engineer will support capital projects associated with Transmission Lines and Substations.

A successful candidate will be self- motivated with the willingness to learn, train, and continue building their knowledge through classes in the electrical industry. The candidate will be trustworthy and punctual have a positive attitude, flexibility, and possess leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Grading and drainage design and review
• Foundations design and review
• Driveway and drive area design and review
• Overall site plan and truck/trailer access, specific review of mobile access plans
• Civil engineering lead and advisor for all projects and the capital program

Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000

The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
