Job summary

Snyder & Associates, Inc. is seeking motivated interns and co-ops for summer and fall 2027 across Iowa and adjacent states. The work focuses on civil, environmental, and construction engineering projects in a dynamic construction season.

Interns will observe on-site construction, assist in design and land surveying, and report progress to project managers while developing hands-on skills and client relation abilities in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Full-time college student majoring in civil, environmental, or construction engineering.
• Must have strong work ethic and desire to learn from hands-on field experiences.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and individually.
• Reliable with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in construction or internships is a plus.
• Construction materials or DOT-related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities
