You’ll assist with design analyses, CAD drawings, and coordination across disciplines, while observing project managers’ budgets and contributing to technical documentation.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree with a focus in water resources or related discipline.
• Knowledge of MS Office and common engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD).
• Clear written communication and ability to follow directions and feedback.
• Detail-oriented, with good judgment and collaborative mindset.
• FE exam intent within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Learn industry standards and SSR procedures under supervision.
• Assist with design analyses and basic calculations.
• Support design documents in Revit and/or CAD with redlines from seniors.
• Coordinate with disciplines and draft technical information.
• Observe project managers’ budgets and track progress.
• Assist with proposals, documentation, and presentations.
• Develop communication with contractors and sales for scope feasibility.
• Attend site visits and document field observations.
• Read blueprints/specs and maintain organized files.
• Participate in internal/external training to expand knowledge.
