Job summary

Rahenkamp Design Group, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented drafter with strong landscape and civil drafting experience to support site plans, exhibits, and regulatory submissions in Florida. The role requires an Associate Degree and at least five years of relevant experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Ideal candidates will have GIS, SketchUp, Lumion, or Adobe software knowledge and will conduct site visits to collect base data for planning efforts.

This position will be responsible for a broad range of work throughout each project, that requires a highly motivated individual, who is detail orientated and has direct experience with civil and/or landscape drafting. Primarily, this position will aid in the preparation of site plans, landscape plans and exhibits for land development and regulatory submissions and will be responsible for performing a wide variety of research throughout Florida. Generally, the research includes property appraiser information, Comprehensive Plan, zoning and regulatory approvals. The position will also require the applicant to perform site inspections to obtain base data for the preparation of site plans. This position offers the opportunity to learn and grow within a well-established and successful company.

An Associate Degree is required, with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software is mandatory. Experience with GIS, SketchUp, Lumion or Adobe software would be beneficial.
