Experience in site civil engineering, with an interest in water resource design, is desired. Qualified candidates must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as the positions include interaction with both internal team members and external clients. Candidates must be able to work independently and in a team environment, managing several major activities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Design of infrastructure including stormwater, sanitary systems, roads, earthwork, and utilities.
• Water resources and stormwater analysis, modeling, and design.
• Participate in site civil, watershed, environmental, and wetland projects for private and public sector clients.
• Prepare reports, design plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Monitor projects for regulatory compliance, including potential construction site inspections for erosion and sediment control regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0-4 years of related experience in Water Resources.
• Experience with modeling/design tools such as HEC-RAS, TR-20, and XPSWMM is a plus.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred.
• EIT certification is desirable.
