Job summary

Design Tree Engineering invites a Civil Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our Civil Engineering Team across our Alexandria, Sauk Rapids or Minneapolis offices. You will develop design concepts and produce high-quality documents in line with our standards.

Ideal candidates have AutoCAD experience and familiarity with HydroCAD, Bluebeam, and InfraWorks, along with strong communication and teamwork skills. We offer competitive salaries, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years civil engineering design experience with AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with HydroCAD, Bluebeam, and InfraWorks is a plus.
• Good communication skills and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts by coordinating with Design Tree and client personnel.
• Produce high-quality documents based on in-house standards and client plans.
• Set up new projects with company standards and templates.
• Review designs for completeness and coordination.
• Assist in drafting procedures and standards.
• Work with Project Managers to understand scope, schedule, and budget.
