Work Environment

The main headquarters is located in Saginaw with satellite offices in Grand Rapids, Lansing, and Traverse City. The work environment is collaborative, with multiple disciplines working on projects together. There is potential for a hybrid work setup after initial vetting, allowing for 2 days remote and 3 days on-site. The projects cover a wide range, including commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, municipal, and worship projects, ensuring a diverse and rejuvenating work experience. The projects include a mix of new builds and renovations, and most disciplines, including Architecture, M.E.P, Structural, and Civil, are handled in-house.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Saginaw, MI.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Will be provided to the candidate upon receiving an offer.
