Job summary

TechniPower, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Civil Designer to prepare site design plans for residential, multifamily, industrial, and commercial developments.

You will produce grading, drainage, utility and roadway plans, collaborate with engineers and project managers, and ensure designs meet local, state, and client standards. This temp-to-perm role is on-site in Dallas. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and 2+ years of civil design experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or related field.
• 2+ years of civil design experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
• Experience preparing site development plans for residential, multi-family, industrial, and commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of grading, drainage, utility layouts, and site development principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications
