Who You Are

Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil design and drafting.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software.

Strong understanding of land development, stormwater management, and grading principles.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong communication skills for coordinating with engineers and project managers.

What You Will Be Doing

Prepare and modify civil engineering drawings, site plans, and layouts using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Assist in the design of roads, drainage systems, grading plans, and utility layouts.

Conduct site analysis and ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and other professionals to develop accurate project designs.

Perform calculations related to earthwork, stormwater management, and sediment control.

Review and revise designs based on feedback from engineers and stakeholders.

Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy in design specifications.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in civil design.
