Job summary

Kimley-Horn in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced CAD Operator to support the Survey team. You will produce subdivision maps, ALTA surveys, and topographic surveys using AutoCAD Civil 3D, and you will coordinate with field crews to ensure accuracy.

The role requires 1+ years of relevant experience and a high school diploma (associates preferred). You will need strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team, with a commitment to quality and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree preferred).
  • 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley products.
  • Detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player, self-starter.
  • Strong work ethic, interpersonal communication/writing skills and desire to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
