Job summary

TTL, Inc. is seeking a Civil Design Project Engineer to join our Tuscaloosa, AL office. You will contribute to a range of projects from industrial to residential, applying state and local criteria while leading design work and coordinating with clients and staff.

The role requires a civil engineering degree, several years of project delivery experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D; Alabama P.E. license or progress toward it is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
• 3–6+ years of experience in engineering services with progressive responsibilities.
• Alabama P.E. license or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Experience using AutoCAD / Civil 3D is required.
• Strong technical and proposal writing skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Represent TTL in front of existing and potential clients.
• Manage project scopes of work, schedules, and budgets for a variety of projects.
• Provide engineering expertise on projects.
• Develop plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Review and direct the work of others.
• Document the design process and communications.
