The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of relevant experience and be proficient in engineering design software. Responsibilities include leading project activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in civil engineering within the steel, mining, or mineral processing industry.
• Strong experience in iron ore mining projects and downstream steel making.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering activities for large‑scale steel projects.
• Develop and review detailed civil engineering designs and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Skills

10 to 15 years of relevant experience in civil engineering

Experience in iron ore mining projects

Proficient in engineering design software (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro)

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Education
