Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Design Engineer specializing in land development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing land development projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and delivering innovative solutions for site design, grading, and drainage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee land development projects from concept through construction.
• Conduct site analysis and prepare detailed site designs, including grading and drainage plans.
• Ensure all designs comply with local zoning regulations and environmental standards.
• Develop stormwater management plans and perform soil analysis to support design efforts.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit software for drafting and modeling designs.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct surveys and assessments to inform design decisions and modifications.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for project milestones and presentations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or EIT license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in land development and site design.
