Job summary

Bohler's Bethlehem, PA office is seeking a Design Engineer to support land development projects across Lehigh Valley. You’ll assist with the design of commercial, residential, and industrial sites, working alongside senior engineers to bring development visions to life.

You will perform design calculations, draft using AutoCAD Civil 3D, support permitting, and collaborate with project teams to deliver coordinated design packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of site design experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and basic engineering design principles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing site layout, grading, utility, and stormwater plans.
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and support due diligence investigations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and team members to deliver coordinated design packages.
