Job summary

Bohler's Frisco, TX office is seeking a Design Engineer to grow within a collaborative team shaping the future of land development projects across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

You’ll support site design from concept to completion, working closely with engineers, managers, and clients to create practical, buildable solutions and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of civil site design and permitting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of site design experience on residential/commercial/industrial projects.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and basic engineering design principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site layout, grading, utility, and stormwater plans.
• Conduct research and prepare reports for due diligence investigations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to deliver coordinated design packages.
• Perform design calculations and drafting using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Support permitting efforts with local and state agencies.
• Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to help solve engineering challenges.

About The Role

In this role, you’ll support site design projects from concept to completion, working closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to create practical, buildable, and creative solutions.

• Conduct research, prepare reports, and support due diligence investigations
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to deliver coordinated design packages

What You’ll Bring
