Our client, a well-established real estate developer, is expanding its internal engineering team and seeking a Project Manager / Civil Engineer to lead site and land development projects from design through delivery. This is a hands-on role with one primary client, direct mentorship from a VP, and a culture that prioritizes quality work over billable hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 4+ years of site/civil design engineering experience (residential or mixed-use)
• PE License, or actively pursuing/testing for one (NC license a plus)
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, (HydroCAD, and Hydroflow highly )
