Your Role as Civil Design Engineer:

As a Civil Design Engineer, you’ll work closely with our internal design teams to review site development projects from a technical, constructability, and cost-efficiency standpoint. You’ll assist in the coordination of multiple design disciplines and support the successful execution of project goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Support site design across civil, landscape, pool, and retaining wall elements.
• Assist in reviewing construction documents for completeness, constructability, aesthetics, and alignment with company standards.
• Help coordinate across disciplines (civil, structural, MEP, architectural, etc.) to ensure consistency and avoid design conflicts.
• Support budget takeoffs, estimates, document management, utility coordination, and schedule tracking.
• Develop technical skills in design, budget analysis, and constructability reviews.
• Assist in organizing meetings, managing schedules, and distributing documents.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 1+ year of relevant experience or time spent in a formal internship program.
• Skills:
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Acrobat (AutoCAD preferred).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
