We are seeking a skilled Civil – Site Designer to work on land development projects, perform engineering models, analysis, and designs, and support calculations and documentation. You will coordinate drafting of project elements for various clients. Recent Graduates are encouraged to apply!

What You Will Do

As a site civil designer, you will coordinate with civil engineers to create site plans, grading and drainage plans, and development details. You should be able to use survey data, aerial photography, and site topography to develop comprehensive drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collect data and perform modeling, analysis, and design calculations
• Create site design drawings using Civil 3D and CAD
• Interpret survey results and exercise good judgment
• Draw design details under engineer supervision
• Organize calculations following project standards
• Draft site layout, utility grading, drainage, stormwater, and erosion control plans
• Conduct field visits as needed

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field (not required)
• Experience with AutoCAD & Civil 3D
• EIT or F.E. certification is a plus
• Site development experience is a plus
• Willingness to perform field inspections and travel
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and work independently or in teams
• Strong problem-solving, creativity, and communication skills
