The Twin Falls County Prosecutor’s Office seeks a civil deputy prosecutor for a full-time Civil Division role in Twin Falls, Idaho. The attorney prosecutes civil cases such as child protection matters, asset forfeitures, and involuntary commitments, while advising elected officials and county staff on diverse legal issues.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an ABA-approved law school with a JD.
• Active license to practice law in Idaho.
• Three or more years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Ability to provide legal advice to officials and staff on diverse matters.

Responsibilities

• Prosecute civil cases such as child protection matters and asset forfeitures.
• Provide legal advice to county officials and employees.
• Draft contracts, pleadings, and legal memorandums.
• Represent the County in litigation and proceedings.
