Job summary

Hendrick Construction is a Baton Rouge based heavy civil contractor seeking a Superintendent with demonstrative experience in managing personnel, equipment, and subcontractors in the civil construction trade. You are a skilled craftsman and manager who can plan and execute civil work packages, self-sufficient and push projects to completion with safety and quality at your core.

Responsibilities include prioritizing health and safety, planning and coordinating projects, using civil trade

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience in civil construction supervisory roles.
• Proficient in reading and analyzing construction plans and specifications; scheduling, cost and quality control practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass drug test.

We are seeking a Superintendent with demonstrative experience in managing personnel, equipment, and subcontractors in the civil construction trade. As a successful candidate, you are a skilled craftsman and manager who can plan and execute civil work packages. You are self-sufficient and by nature, push projects to completion with safety and quality at your core.
