Job summary

Hendrick Construction is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead crews, manage equipment and subcontractors, and drive civil projects to completion with safety and quality at the forefront.

You will read and interpret construction plans and specifications, develop lookahead schedules, monitor cost and schedule performance, and foster equity with trade partners through consistency and competency.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience in civil construction supervisory roles.
• Proficient in reading and analyzing construction plans and specifications; scheduling, cost and quality control practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass drug test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety are prioritized by yourself and your team.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, troubleshoot, and execute a project.
• Utilize civil trade knowledge and common sense to keep a project on schedule and on budget.

We are seeking a Superintendent with demonstrative experience in managing personnel, equipment, and subcontractors in the civil construction trade. As a successful candidate, you are a skilled craftsman and manager who can plan and execute civil work packages. You are self-sufficient and by nature, push projects to completion with safety and quality at your core.
