Job summary

A growing engineering firm in the Palm Beach area is seeking a resourceful and self-motivated Project Manager with a civil/commercial construction background. This position requires managing the full lifecycle of projects from start-up to close-out and offers a competitive compensation package including salary of $80,000 - $105,000, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Strong candidate should have at least 3 years of project management experience and proficiency in relevant tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working as a Project Manager in civil/commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage project start-up; locates, bonds, PO's, subcontracts, and permits.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings and define project specifications, timelines, and deliverables.
• Process T&M tickets, prepare change orders, and monthly billings.
• Track schedules and obtain written approvals for extra work.
• Reconcile subcontractor billings with field measurements.
• Manage project close-out: as-builts, certifications, and final paperwork.
