A leading construction firm is seeking a Civil Construction Manager in the San Jose area, requiring 5+ years of experience in large Civil/Wastewater/Water Treatment projects. Qualifications

Job description

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the San Jose, CA area for a local individual with 3+ years’ experience as a Civil Construction Manager with a background in Wastewater/Water Treatment facility projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical/dental/vision benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Disability, Life insurance, PTO, Stock Options, and other great perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• DO NOT APPLY unless you have 5+ years of Construction Management experience with large Civil/Wastewater/Water Treatment facility projects.
• Experience with Construction Administration duties including directing and supervising field construction activities, monitoring project plans/specs in tandem with project budget and schedule, responding to RFI’s, Submittals, Contractor scheduling, Close-Out Documentation, etc. is a MUST.
• Experience serving as owner representative, overseeing and communicating project progress, coordinating daily construction management and interacting with clients, designers, contractors, inspectors, and regulatory agencies is a MUST.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related is a MUST.
• California Professional Engineer (P.E.) License or Certified Construction Manager (C.C.M.) is a MUST.
