Mortenson is seeking an Operator to operate equipment as directed and per Mortenson safety policies. You will handle a variety of machines and maintain a safe, organized work area on site.

Responsibilities include operating blade, dozer, loader, crane, and other equipment, following safety rules, performing routine maintenance, and following pre-task plans while communicating effectively with team members on site.

Qualifications

• Equipment certifications as required.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Current driver’s license with required endorsements.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and load charts.
• Ability to operate equipment by moving levers, shifting gears, and maneuvering controls.

Responsabilités

• Operate equipment such as blade, dozer, loader, scraper, forklift/telehandler, crane, skid-steer, boom lifts, roller, backhoe, and track crane.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain clean work areas.
• Perform routine maintenance and detect malfunctions.
• Follow work plans and pre-task cards.
• Build relationships with diverse backgrounds and levels on site.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
