• Lead and supervise crews performing sitework, excavation, grading, utility installation, concrete work, roadway construction, and related civil activities.
• Coordinate daily field operations to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Assign work activities and monitor crew productivity and workmanship.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients.
