Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Experience in customer service via in-person and phone, handling escalated issues.
• Experience speaking on the phone and emailing with a professional tone.
• Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Preferred: NALA Certified Paralegal Exam.
• Preferred: ABA-approved Paralegal Program.
• Preferred: Filevine and Lead Docket experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Team Lead Support: provide work assistance, advice, and feedback to support staff to ensure clarity and timely completion of work.
• Client Communication: develop client relationships through effective listening to proactively meet needs.
• Case Development: work with the Supervising Attorney to move cases toward timely resolution.
• Filevine Task Flows: monitor tasks to ensure case-related work is completed on time.
• Litigation: monitor statute dates and assist with all steps in the litigation process.
• Process Review: identify opportunities for process improvements and report to Civil Operations Manager.
• Data Integrity: validate information in case management software for accuracy.
