Job summary

Tunstall Consulting Engineers is seeking a CAD Technician to join its civil engineering team in Wilmington, NC. You will create and revise AutoCAD drawings, support site development and roadway projects, and ensure plans meet project standards.

You will collaborate with engineers and architects, manage multiple drawings, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail and accurate documentation. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of AutoCAD drafting experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Wilmington, NC.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise AutoCAD drawings based on engineer markups.
• Support civil engineering projects including site development, roadway, and stormwater design.
• Update plans and incorporate project revisions throughout the design process.
• Coordinate with architects and other project stakeholders to obtain necessary files and information.
• Collaborate directly with engineers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ensure drawings meet company and project standards.
