Job summary

Cyntergy in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Civil Technician to support civil engineering projects, produce detailed CAD drawings, and collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet objectives within budget and schedule.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent, strong CAD skills, and excellent communication. The team emphasizes teamwork, professional growth, and a dynamic, client-focused environment with a local presence and national reach.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering Technology or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Strong technical skills and understanding of civil engineering principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of detailed drawings, plans and specifications using CAD software.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports, documentation and presentations.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers and other team members to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Be responsible for work on multiple projects at one time.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from other disciplines on assigned projects.
• Attend meetings for civil team and project teams.
• Attend bi-weekly training and team meetings.
• Attend construction site observations.
