Job summary

Cyntergy is seeking a Civil Team Lead within Tulsa to guide site development and civil design using AutoCAD Civil 3D. You will mentor civil designers and technicians while delivering multi-million-dollar projects for federal, municipal, commercial, and industrial clients.

You will lead with strong technical skills, set up design processes, QAQC checklists, and templates, and help grow a high-performance civil team within a city-wide and national practice.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the FE exam is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D software, with a demonstrated ability to create complex site designs and construction documents.
• Strong understanding of site development principles, grading, drainage, paving, site constructability, and utility design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, DOT, MUTCD, ADAVABA compliance, and permitting processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to create and modify site plans, grading and drainage layouts, utility layouts, and construction documents.
• Work with Civil Engineer to conduct site analysis, and integrate topographical surveys and geotechnical data, to inform design decisions.
• Ensure designs comply with local, state and federal regulations and codes.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects and other team members to develop project specifications and budgets.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs, present design options, and address any concerns.
• Perform quality checks and reviews of own work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, calculations, and reports.
• Provide support during the construction phase, including responding to RFIs, and reviewing shop drawings.
• Stay updated on library trends and advancements in AutoCAD Civil 3D software and site civil design practices.
