Confidential Employer in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Civil CAD Drafter with 1+ years of experience to contribute to land development and site design projects. You will prepare and update drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, collaborating with engineers to produce accurate plans on a full-time on-site basis.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of civil CAD drafting or design experience.
• Experience using AutoCAD or Civil 3D for engineering drawings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with civil site plans, grading, drainage, utilities, or roadway design is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn from experienced team members.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Albuquerque, NM.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update civil engineering drawings and construction plan sets for land development and site design projects.
• Assist with site layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, utility layouts, and roadway drawings.
• Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to develop accurate, organized, and detailed CAD drawings.
• Work closely with civil engineers and senior designers to turn project concepts into practical plans.
• Review and revise drawings to maintain quality, consistency, and project standards.
• Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines and contributing to efficient design workflows.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Location

Albuquerque, NM. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to collaborate directly with our engineering and design team.

Note

Candidates must have at least 1+ years of civil CAD drafting or design experience and be available to work on-site in Albuquerque, NM. A Professional Engineer (PE) license and previous management experience are not required.
