B.H. Inc. is seeking a full-time Civil and Excavation Senior Estimator in North Salt Lake, Ogden, or Saint George to prepare detailed cost estimates for earthwork and utility projects.

The role requires visiting sites, evaluating plans and specs, and collaborating with the team to develop comprehensive estimates. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for takeoffs, pricing for earthwork, grading, and underground utilities, with experience in subcontractor/owner relations and bid processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or similar field, or equivalent construction experience.
• 5-10 years of estimator experience for earthwork, grading, or underground projects is required.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and owners.
• Familiar with bid invitations, takeoffs, estimating software, plan/spec reviews.
• Experience with Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Planswift, TBC, Agtek and Estimate(B2W).

Inc., is looking to hire a full-time Civil and Excavation Senior Estimator to complete a full range of business activities in a professional setting while adhering to the highest ethical standards. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for earthwork and utility projects, conducting takeoffs and pricing for earthwork, grading, and underground utility tasks. This role involves evaluating project plans and specifications, visiting project sites to understand site conditions and limitations, and collaborating with team members to build comprehensive estimates. This position is located in either our North Salt Lake, Ogden or Saint George office. As an Civil and Excavation Senior Estimator, you will earn a salary of $140,000-$198,000 yearly (Depending on Experience), which is paid weekly. You will also be eligible for benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with a match, and paid time off (PTO).
