AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Product Specialist - Civil 3D in Orlando, FL with responsibility for supporting Digital Innovation across civil/site projects. You will tailor OpenRoads workflows, develop training material, and mentor BIM teams while ensuring alignment with ISO 19650 standards.

Ideal candidates bring 10 years in civil/site design, strong Autodesk tool proficiency, and collaborative leadership to drive digital maturity across multiple US offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture, or high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 10 years of design experience in civil/site disciplines preferred.
• Experience developing workspaces, standards, or training materials.
• Track record implementing transformative processes in civil/site teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Digital Design Director and regional civil/site groups on Digital Innovation & Transformation.
• Develop and troubleshoot OpenRoads Designer workspaces as needed.
• Engage with project teams to test digital strategies and train staff.
• Champion information management per ISO 19650 and support BIM managers.
• Lead and coach teams to build BIM capability and drive efficiencies.
• Travel occasionally to client or project sites as needed.
