You will generate Civil 3D surfaces, alignments, corridors, and contribute to design delivery with field data integration.

The ideal candidate has strong Autodesk Civil 3D skills, experience with grading and complex surface designs, and the ability to interpret drawings, survey data, and specs while coordinating with

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D (3+ years preferred).
• Experience creating advanced grading models and complex surface designs.
• Skill in developing 3D CAD models (structure, retaining systems, grading, interfaces).
• Strong understanding of land development, civil/site design, or infrastructure workflows.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, survey data, and specifications.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and detailed 3D grading models for site development, roadway, utilities, and infrastructure projects.
• Generate 3D CAD models (grading, structure, custom 3D assemblies, etc.) based on engineering specifications.
• Produce and manage Civil 3D surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, and grading objects.
• Assist with design optimization through iterative modeling and quality checks.
• Prepare construction-ready CAD files, exhibits, and plan sets.
• Coordinate closely with engineers and survey teams to ensure model accuracy and integration with field data.
• Maintain CAD standards, templates, and layer management for project consistency.
