Description:

We are seeking a skilled Civil 3D Drafter/Designer to join our reputable civil engineering team in Allentown, PA. This is a full-time, on-site position with a salary range of $60,000 to $90,000, depending on experience.

In this role, you will collaborate with design engineers to develop detailed plans for land development projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Your responsibilities will include drafting site layouts, grading plans, utility systems, and stormwater management designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D software. Ensuring all plans meet project specifications and comply with relevant codes and regulations is essential. You will also update and modify existing plans based on feedback from engineers and project teams.

Qualifications include at least 5 years of experience as a Civil 3D Drafter/Designer, with a focus on land development projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and a solid understanding of civil engineering design principles such as grading, drainage, and utilities are required. An Associate's degree or technical certification in CAD or Drafting is preferred; however, equivalent experience will also be considered.
