Job summary

ESPO Corporation in Odenton is seeking a mid-level Civil 3D CAD Drafter/Designer to join a topo-focused engineering team. You will develop high-quality drawings under engineer mentorship and contribute to real-world designs.

The role centers on Civil 3D drafting from concept to finished plans, including topo surfaces, profiles, cross-sections, and coordination with engineers. This is a permanent, direct-hire position with a salary range of 75k–100k.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of Civil 3D-CAD experience.
• Comfortable working from CAD and PDF source drawings.
• Background in civil/site, survey, or utility coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build existing ground/topographic surfaces from civil drawings.
• Generate profiles and cross-sections from surfaces.
• Annotate wall and cut heights, laying water, electric, and gas lines.
