Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of related full-time experience in accounting, auditing, business, public administration or related field.
• Alternative: four-year diploma and five years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design initiatives from concept through implementation and iteration.
• Translate policy and regulatory requirements into clear, user-centered design specifications.
• Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG/Section 508) and inclusive design practices.
• Mentor and guide design staff, fostering growth and diverse capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, policy, and communications teams.
