This founding role, with national scope, sits at the intersection of government affairs, communications, public relations, and go-to-market strategy. You will map civic landscapes, engage stakeholders, and shape Peregrine’s public narrative.

Qualifications

• 8+ years navigating local or state political environments.
• Deep understanding of how civic decisions move through city halls and local government processes.
• Ability to build coalitions and move complex initiatives to outcomes.
• Strong relationships with community organizations and elected officials.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, translating complex tech into clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead community engagement strategies by mapping civic landscapes and preparing for public meetings.
• Build a scalable community engagement playbook with stakeholder mapping and coalition-building.
• Translate Peregrine’s technology into community value with cross-functional partners.
• Shape public narrative by monitoring discourse and addressing misinformation.
• Develop trusted relationships across the civic ecosystem including civil rights groups, faith leaders, and media.
• Support government partners during high-stakes civic moments like hearings and votes.
• Collaborate across Peregrine to incorporate community perspectives into communications and deployment.
