Job summary

The Door is seeking a Citywide Employment & Partnership Manager to lead employer engagement, direct job placement, and workforce partnership development for the Hub in New York City. You will build and sustain strategic relationships with employers and workforce intermediaries, and help connect youth to meaningful opportunities.

You will co-lead the Hub's Career Readiness Certificate Program, support recruitment and onboarding, and track outcomes to improve impact across NYC's youth workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience with employers across multiple industries is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead employer engagement and partnership development across industries.
• Direct job placement strategy and execution for Hub participants.
• Coordinate career readiness programming and workshops.
• Monitor employment outcomes and maintain records in Salesforce.
