Qualifications

• > Experience in street repairs, refuse collection, fleet maintenance, and supervising staff.
• "> Ability to develop budgets and long-term capital plans, and supervise staff effectively.
• "> Coordination with other departments and public agencies on policies and programs.
• "> Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform related field activities.
• "> Valid CDL Class A license is required.

Responsabilités

• Confers with City Manager on policies, programs, and work schedules.
• Directs all operations and activities of Streets and Sanitation Departments; schedules and assigns work.
• Prepares annual budget and monitors expenditures; develops capital improvement plans.
• Reviews plans, specifications, and contract documents for street and public works projects.
• Maintains official maps, records, and reports related to street repairs and fleet management.
