Qualifikationen

• Two years of experience as a refuse collector or driver of a heavy commercial vehicle desired.
• Knowledge of geography and streets within Muskogee is beneficial.
• Ability to work long and irregular hours including evenings and weekends under outdoor conditions.

Aufgaben

• Operate residential or commercial refuse trucks to collect and transport solid waste.
• Wash and maintain sanitation vehicles; perform preventative maintenance and daily fluid checks.
• Collect and complete daily route schedules; report activities to division staff.
• Assemble, issue, pull and maintain City garbage carts.
• Report damaged containers and perform preventive repairs and maintenance to carts.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Communicate with customers on routes.
• Perform other duties as assigned and report to work regularly.
