O’Reilly Auto Parts in Naperville, IL seeks a delivery associate to complete store-order deliveries safely and efficiently daily using a company vehicle. You will coordinate with city counter management on routes, handle delivery/pickup forms, and ensure accurate loading and timing.

The role includes maintaining vehicle, following supervisor schedules, teaching new team members as a trainer, and supporting the DC target training program.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and valid license as required by state.
• Ability to read and match numbers/letters quickly and accurately.
• Professional appearance and respectful attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Prior driving experience beneficial.
• Spanish language skills considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all orders safely and efficiently using company vehicle.
• Communicate with city counter management about parts deliveries.
• Manage delivery/pickup forms for stores, city counter, and vendors.
• Maintain company delivery vehicle per policy.
• Follow route schedules and timeframes set by supervisor.
• Quality check loads to ensure correct parts are delivered.
• Ensure safety standards and address unsafe situations.
• Assist as trainer to new team members and explain duties.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by DC management.
