Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a highly organized City Dispatcher in Owensboro, KY to support our service center. The role involves coordinating dock operations, dispatching LTL loads, and leading driver and freight handler teams.

You will work full-time with Monday–Friday shifts, focusing on safety, quality freight handling, and strong communication. Prior LTL leadership and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have proven basic leadership experience.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication and logistical skills with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of the City and surrounding areas.
• Prior LTL leadership experience strongly preferred.
