Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience in a packing/production environment.
• Experience with inventory management systems preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee line supervisors, packers, graders, and labor.
• Operate and monitor sorting equipment and ensure safety/quality.
• Optimize productive time and reduce inefficiencies.
• Train staff and enforce company policies and regulations.
