Are you passionate about working with the elderly and providing exceptional care? Do you have a great work ethic, humility, and reliability? If so, we want you to join our team at Citrus Heights Terrace in Citrus Heights,CA as a Resident Care Coordinator/LVN!

As a Resident Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents and ensuring that they receive the highest quality of care possible. You will work closely with our staff to develop and implement care plans, monitor resident progress, and ensure that all state and federal regulations are being met.

In addition to your care responsibilities, you will also serve as a liaison between our residents and their families, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions they may have, as well as attending regular meetings: daily morning operations meetings, cross over, department head meetings, monthly team member all staff and others as directed by the Administrator.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year supervisory/management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, employee relations and supervision of daily operations in assisted living or other long-term care settings.
• Minimum one year as LVN
• Skilled in Clinical side of the senior living and ensuring medication room policy and procedures are being followed.
• Demonstrated good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments
• Scheduling experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $30-34 DOE

Experience:

• Resident Care Coordinator: 1 year (Required)
• LVN: 1 Year
• Prior experience as med tech, RCC, or shift supervisor preferred
• Memory Care Community experience or Senior Living preferred
