What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement global market development initiatives to drive revenue and margin contributions
- Define and execute strategic sales programs, pricing models, and go-to-market initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams including program managers, pricing specialists, and product managers
- Collaborate with regional sales leaders to tailor programs and pricing strategies for specific markets
- Manage vendor relationships and align channel strategies with growth initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in sales strategy and business development within a global organization
- Strong background in channel sales and vendor management
- Excellent analytical skills for developing data-driven pricing and sales strategies
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
